The other Thai curry! Geang Gari (yellow curry) is milder than its green and red cousins. This unique curry trades some of the chilies for a hint of India. Instead, you get a burst of turmeric, cumin, and cinnamon goodness. We prepare it with marinated jackfruit for a perfect meaty texture. Creamy coconut milk, Thai eggplant, and bell peppers round out this plant-based delight. Lamaithai uses only vegan, gluten, and non-GMO ingredients, but you wouldn’t know it if we didn’t tell you.
